Is There Any Deposit Required?
Yes, a $150 refundable security deposit will be collected along with the rental fee when picking up the trailer.
Can I Book Months in Advance?
Yes, if the site won't allow it, please feel free to reach out, and we can help confirm your reservation to ensure a unit is secured for your dates.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Respectfully, we require 48 hours' notice to prevent loss of deposit when applied.
What Types of Payments Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.
How Much Notice Do You Need?
Depending on the season and time of the week. Often no notice is required, but other times we might need 2–3 days or even a week's notice to secure a unit.
What Is Your Location to Pick Up the Trailer?
Location will vary depending on trailer requirements. We have three different sites within Windsor where we release units from. The site where we will meet you depends on the trailer you need.
What Other Information Do I Need During Pick-Up?
We require a valid driver's license and insurance slip for the contract.
Can I Rent for Multiple Days or Weeks?
Yes! Multi-day discounts start at 3 days. The longer the rental, the greater the discount, up to a maximum of 20% off.
